At Whistlefish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and art purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Package Your Items
Ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging, including all protective wraps for framed art or delicate home accessories.
Complete the Return Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, noting the reason for return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel, making sure to remove or cover any old delivery stickers.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
